The Donovan Group is often asked to assist school districts and organizations with communications planning. Our process focuses on transparency and the engagement of a wide array of stakeholders, and leads to the development of a comprehensive month-by-month strategy plan, including measurable goals and carefully-planned strategies.

Media Relations and Training

Having fielded thousands of calls from education reporters from all over the United States, we know the importance of an appropriate response to a media inquiry. We will help you develop a process that will not only allow you to deal with calls from media representatives, but turn you into a resource that reporters trust.

Our on-site training workshops will help your communicators gain an in-depth understanding of all aspects of working with the media, including how to handle media calls, how to interview for print, radio, and television, and how to make complex information easy to understand.
